Pinpoil Ocio is a young company that originated in the non-profit youth leisure association of Sopelana: “Asociación Pinpoil Tiempo Libre” founded in 1993.
This group has been working for/with the youngest members of the area for more than 15 years, helped and supported by a team of Volunteer Monitors with a common ideal: to promote leisure, recreation, entertainment and fun, without neglecting the social aspect, promoting the normalization and integration of all minors, working on co-educational attitudes and values.
Our educational team not only has quality and competent regulated training, but also possesses personal development values that it transmits through play and sport. In this way, all of us try to show children different ways to enjoy their leisure time in a healthy way without losing the educational sense, so that they do not forget their principles and personal responsibilities that enable personal development and training as small future citizens.
We consider free time the ideal environment for educational intervention, where we can playfully transmit values that allow full socialization and development of all the potential of minors.
From the Pinpoil Association, formed by a large team of volunteer staff, we continue to organize our urban camps, sports campuses and camps, for all this we also have the invaluable help of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia.
We have currently moved from our previous headquarters in Arrietara, and we are now located in the adjacent premises of Pinpoil Ocio. In Ibergoiko1 A, Larrabasterra (Sopela)
Since 2005, in order to face the different projects that were emerging in Bizkaia and in order to create employment opportunities, a new business avenue was created, parallel to the Association called PINPOIL OCIO from which we manage and direct educational, cultural and sports projects, one example of which are extracurricular activities or nursery service in different educational centers: Creativity workshop, games and crafts, music, languages in a playful way, modern dance, psychomotricity, multi-sports, futsal, basketball, taekwondo, rhythmic gymnastics, ballet, batuka, theater, skate, skating…
In addition to all of the above, we organize playgrounds, manage and animate parties: private, patron saint, school, business and in hospitality.
The projects carried out are the best example of the process of evolution and expansion that has allowed us to consolidate within the sector.

Our team is made up of a large group of Qualified Monitors and Directors with years of experience, but above all vocational and passionate about this sector.
When it’s time to relieve the veterans, we mainly draw on monitors who have done internships with us, have been trained in our style, with our philosophy.
We have agreements with several Monitor Training schools to do internships as Director/Coordinator and Leisure Time Monitor.
Camps, open camps, sports campuses, animation activities, administrative activities, playgrounds… come on and be part of our team from the beginning!
With us you have the possibility of doing your internships throughout the year, both intensively and extensively, although in summer we have many more possibilities.
