• Ensure the safety and responsibility of the participating minors.
• Accompanying, controlling, and supervising the correct development of all services included in the tour package.
• Reference for the student; the monitor will try to resolve any doubts or incidents that may occur during the trip.
• Special attention to compliance with scheduled times, care of equipment and facilities, student behavior, and assistance in case of emergency (illness, accidents, etc.)
• Ensure respect for the rules established by families and/or the school.
• Inform the school of any incidents that may arise during the trip, as well as any circumstance that prevents the correct fulfillment of the scheduled days.
  The monitors may meet with parents and students before the trip for the proper organization of the same.

• A respectful attitude will be maintained with the monitors and the guidelines established by the monitors will be followed at all times.
• The consumption of tobacco, alcohol, or any narcotic substance is strictly prohibited.
• The schedules established for each moment and programmed activity will be strictly respected.
• When walking, they will follow the itinerary marked by the monitors without stopping or moving away from it.
• Behaviors that pose risks to the health or physical integrity of the members of the group are prohibited.
• Correct behavior will be maintained in hotels, buses, museums, monuments…and others.
• In certain visits and diverse activities, and whenever the cohesion of the group is not possible, the students may be distributed in groups or couples, never individually: they must strictly respect the limits of the areas delimited by the monitors as well as the time assigned to carry out the activity or visit, attending punctually to the fixed meeting point.
• At the time established as rest time (according to the rules of the hotel) SILENCE and the right to rest of others will be respected.
• It is strictly forbidden to leave the hotel outside of the marked hours.
• In any case, the parents or legal representatives of the students will be civilly responsible, taking charge of the expenses involved in the deterioration caused by their child.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in the taking of appropriate measures, reserving the right of expulsion if it is considered that the situation produced may negatively influence the correct development of the trip.
